We are thrilled to announce a partnership with Urban Adventures to offer the ability to book a pre-game local experience for any Brooklyn Nets home game throughout the 2019-2020 NBA season.

Hosted by a local Brooklyn Nets fan, the pre-game experience will provide a personalised tour through some of the amazing neighbourhoods and sites surrounding the Barclays Center. Travelling fans will gain insights into both the Brooklyn area and the Brooklyn Nets, including stops for food, drinks and merchandise before finishing at the gate ready to attend the game.

We believe it’s a great way for travelling sports fans to maximise their game day experience.

Part of the Intrepid Travel group, Urban Adventures have been hosting travel experiences around the world since 2009 with a focus on responsible tourism and connecting with local areas and communities. Some recent awards earned by Urban Adventures include the Social Responsibility Award in 2018 from the Australian Travel Awards as well as receiving a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in over 40 destinations in 2018 (including New York City).

From today onwards, these local tours will be available to book directly on Sports Where I Am, in addition to tickets for Brooklyn Nets games.
